You will get the agreed tenant finders fee from the landlord... the 'tenant' would be Direct Move.
You will continue to get the management fee from the landlord (if this was the original agreement with your client) AND 3% pcm as a fee from us... TWO lots of fees!
You would not be required to undertake any work at all except pass the guaranteed rent to the landlord
We would take care of the property and be responsible for referencing, deposits and rent collection from our tenants along with taking care of any maintenance and tenant issues. Tenants will call us with their issues, freeing up your agencies valuble time.
The letting agent simply needs to find us a suitable property and then collect your commission for the next 5 years with little effort on your part. You will have very happy landlords as their properties are well taken care of and no voids for 5 years.
What is a suitable property?
This is a house with 3 or more bedrooms. We can use properties in most parts of town and in any condition.
